We provide all
Sabertooth customers with 90-days free Critical Support, and unlimited Next-Day
Support, for installation and application issues. After the 90-day period or
for questions other than installation or application issues, you may need to
purchase a support plan.
Critical Support
If you need immediate support, review the checklist and include the following information in your email, and our
support representative will get back to you within 2 hours. Please be sure to include as much detail as possible.
Technical Support Checklist

You may already have the information you need. Before contacting us, check your User
Guide and application documentation thoroughly. Tell the representative what you've tried.

Record the exact sequence of events that created the problem. Make sure that
you can reproduce the problem by following the same series of steps. Know the
results of any steps you have undertaken to solve the problem.

Have the name and version number of the application.

Know the some of the details about the type of computer you are operating the
application on; platform (Windows, Mac, unix) and version, Internet Browser
(Internet Explorer (IE), Netscape) and version you are using.

Record the exact wording of any error messages.

If possible, it is very helpful if you can be in front of the computer with the computer on if you are calling on the
phone.

Be sure to give your name and phone number, or return e-mail address or fax number if you want a
reply via e-mail or fax.
