The Challenge
TSCAN is a CRM-like application that allows The Security Company Of Excellence (TSCE) to manage its telemarketing, sales, support and installation activities.

TSCE required a software package with various customer relationship features, but customized to their business specific needs. Customized productivity reports help them analyze where their strengths and weaknesses are real-time, and features like the weekly planner help organize both the sales and support staff appointments into an easy to manage interface.

The Solution
Using our CRM blueprint as a basis, we constructed TSCAN according to the extensive business requirements specific to their trade.

Internally TSCAN provides the core essential systems to operate their business - managing all of the various activities involved in a residential/commercial security company. Externally, via an extranet sort-of arrangement, TSCAN is an enterprise web application used by over 20 different dealers across Canada.
