Crossroads Intra™, will be the second turnkey solution released built upon version 3.0 of the Sabertooth Application Framework™ (SAF).
Serving customer's needs in the Intranet, Extranet, and Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) space, Crossroads aims to improve access to B2E and B2C processes, activities and communities, facilitate the processing and sharing of structured and unstructured information within and across the enterprise, and integrate the roles, processes, workflow, content, resources, enterprise applications, and services into one collaborative tool.
The comprehensive portal framework provides a solid architecture with a flexible and scaleable design allowing a company's portals to evolve to incorporate new technology and functionality, enabling companies to mix and match best-of-breed elements into their portal solution.

Where does it fit in?
Portals provide a standardized method of access to a central, searchable repository of information and application entry-points. Countless case studies claim that a standardized approach and central location for information improves day-to-day productivity significantly, and our own experience has substantiated that claim.
A critical success factor, however, is overcoming the natural resistance people exibit towards change and learning something new. Every effort must be made to make it easy to learn, easy to use, and offer a comprehensive (but not overwelming) feature set.
Unlike the majority of enterprise portal products available today, we feel that Crossroads Intra™ meets and exceeds those goals.
